Rates

Our cabin is $200 nightly plus applicable fees and taxes

Payment Policy

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

25% of the payment is required 30 day(s) before arrival.

The remaining amount is to be paid 15 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 10 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Cabin Rules

There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside the cabin. We have provided a large "ash can" on the deck for our guests who smoke. We ask that you PLEASE use the ash can for your cigarette butts and PLEASE do not throw them on the ground.

ABSOLUTELY no parties are allowed

We DO NOT allow pets

Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM. We are often able to accommodate early check ins. If you plan on arriving before 3 PM let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Check out time is a set time that we cannot change-we need to be able to get the cabin ready for the following guest-and they may be arriving only 4 hours after you leave!

PLEASE dont use our bath towels to clean up spills, mud, etc. We have a large container of rags under the kitchen sink that can be used for this
